3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that the products will be used exclusively for legitimate research purposes.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes. ELEVEX reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery across UAE: 15 AED. Free delivery on orders over 300 AED.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of peptide products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
